SB 248 - This bill authorizes municipalities to create park districts. A park district is a local unit of
government that is independent of the sponsoring political subdivisions which
created it and that are within its jurisdiction.
AB 386 - restricts the amount that the DNR can pay for lands purchased from land trusts
AB 49 - Amendment 1 entirely cuts Gathering Waters' and the Natural Resources Foundation's state grants
AB 304 - Stewardship signage and public information
AB 156 - Creates
a private Stewardship trust fund

93 - Mandates legislative oversight for Stewardship grants

177 - Increases the tax deduction for a conservation easement
donation to a unit of government
