Landmark Conservancy is an independent, non-profit, organization dedicated to the permanent protection, stewardship, and respectful use of lands that define the character of northwestern Wisconsin and its quality of life. The Advancement Director leads the effort to secure financial resources for the organization through a range of sources including donor gifts, planned gifts, foundation grants, government grants, and corporate giving that support Landmark’s annual operating, land acquisition campaigns, and endowment-building efforts. This position also implements the organization’s communications program in order to build awareness of the organization’s value, connect our mission to our various audiences, and increase giving.  This position is supervised by the Executive Director.  Primary responsibilities include, planning and implementing fundraising campaigns, developing donor relationship plans with staff and Board, creating and executing the marketing, communications and outreach plan and maintaining communication with existing planned givers as well as creating an outreach and awareness campaign to entice more planned giving.
