Door County Land Trust is seeking an Annual Fund and Membership Manager to serve as the strategic engine of their fundraising program and lead the seamless execution of a comprehensive, calendar-driven giving program. This role requires a unique blend of logistical mastery and donor-centric stewardship. Responsibilities include the oversight, development, implementation, and evaluation of an annual fundraising plan, including a strong membership program that has consistently exceeded annual goals. The position will also create and build a mid-level donor program designed to identify major donor prospects. The ideal candidate is an organized, ambitious professional who finds satisfaction in executing and further refining a strategic plan to artfully move supporters through a journey of engagement.
