The Database Manager serves as the primary architect and steward of organizational data, and is responsible for making Salesforce a powerful tool for the development program. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical administration and mission-driven fundraising, providing the insights, workflows, and system integrity necessary to bring Door County Land Trust’s donor engagement and fundraising efforts to the next level.
