Database Manager – Door County Land Trust

Door County Land Trust is seeking a Database Manager to oversee and optimize the donor database (Salesforce NonProfit Success Pack) as a dynamic tool for donor stewardship. This role ensures the integrity and usability of data that supports every stage of donor and member interaction—from initial gift to long-term partnership. The Database Manager serves as the primary architect and steward of organizational data, and is responsible for making Salesforce a powerful tool for the development program. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical administration and mission-driven fundraising, providing the insights, workflows, and system integrity necessary to bring Door County Land Trust’s donor engagement and fundraising efforts to the next level.
