The Aldo Leopold Foundation seeks a Development Manager to lead the growth and implementation of effective strategies to secure philanthropic support. Working directly with the Executive Director and Board, this role will actively engage and empower others in cultivating major donors and prospects. As a member of the Strategic Leadership Team, the Development Manager will integrate fundraising principles across the organization’s work and will supervise the Development Team in annual fundraising, planned giving, and strategic campaigns. Their primary objective will be to ensure sustainable financial growth by increasing philanthropic revenue. Successful candidates will bring exceptional communication and collaboration skills, a strong foundation in philanthropy, and a willingness to expand their expertise.
