From the smell of the soil to the texture of the tree bark, come and experience the privately owned Gooseville Creek Preserve conservation easement with a rejuvenating, mindful hike.

This event will be guided by Brooke Gilley, a certified forest bathing guide with Nádúr Centre for Integrative Forest Therapy, and a park naturalist.

Remember to dress for the weather – hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent are good to have along! Please note there is no bathroom access on the property.
