The Conservation Finance Network (CFN) is hiring a Network Engagement Director to advance its mission of accelerating land and resource conservation, restoration, and stewardship through innovative funding and financing strategies. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the CFN team, the Network Engagement Director will guide the continued development of a dynamic network that connects members with CFN and fosters peer-to-peer learning, inspiration, and collaboration. This role will help lead a communications strategy and strengthen key channels, including the website, bimonthly email newsletter, and other outreach activities. The Network Engagement Director will develop strategy and partner with staff responsible for in-person and online training to deepen network engagement, as well as support fundraising to implement the organization’s strategic plan.
