Administrative Coordinator – Gathering Waters

Come work at Gathering Waters! We’re leaders in land conservation in Wisconsin and work to support over 40 nonprofit land trust organizations all across the state. We are a small yet mighty team doing our part to protect land and water in Wisconsin.

Gathering Waters seeks a part-time Administrative Coordinator who is highly organized, a team player, and can juggle a wide range of tasks. Primary responsibilities will include office management, logistics for board and staff meetings, and assisting with IT, HR, and finance-related tasks. The Administrative Coordinator reports to the Executive Director.
