Susan Foote-Martin and Mark Martin of Arlington received the 2021 Harold “Bud” Jordahl Lifetime Achievement Award, during an outdoor celebration held on September 15, 2021 in their honor at Madison Audubon’s Goose Pond Sanctuary in Arlington.
John Gehl Earns 2021 Rod Nilsestuen Award for Working Lands Preservation
John Gehl is the distinguished winner of the 2021 Rod Nilsestuen Award for Working Lands Preservation. He received his award on July 29, 2021 at an event hosted by Tall Pines Conservancy on its Eschweiler Lavery Conservation Easement in northern Waukesha County.
Don Pluemer Is The 2021 Land Conservationist of the Year
On May 6, 2022 at the Trout Unlimited Annual Meeting, Don Pluemer received the 2021 Land Conservationist of the Year for his work to improve and restore trout habitat in southwest Wisconsin.

A 110-acre tract of undeveloped woods, prairie, seeps and springs, and a tributary to Big Creek, a Class I trout stream is now protected through Mississippi Valley Conservancy.
