Join Baird Creek Preservation Foundation for their annual Earth Day Work Day & Clean Up in the Baird Creek Greenway.
When: Saturday, April 19th 8:30-12:00pm. Meet between 8:30-8:50 to to sign liability waivers and enjoy coffee, hot chocolate, coffee, and breakfast items. Projects will begin at 8:50-9:00 and end at 12. Feel free to leave beforehand if needed.
Where: Throughout the greenway, but meet at Triangle Hill Chalet (500 Beverly Road, Green Bay, WI 54311).
What: Complete invasive species removal, trail projects, and a pond clean up project to make it a more accessible space for education programs. There will also be trash pick up for those with kids who would like to get involved.
Bring: Gloves (extras will be available if needed), a water bottle, and wear shoes/boots/clothes that can get dirty.
