Take your appreciation for nature to a new level by learning the wonders of forest bathing with the Glacial Lakes Conservancy. Forest bathing involves using all your senses to take in your surroundings. From the smell of the soil to the texture of the tree bark, come and experience the privately owned Gooseville Creek Preserve conservation easement with a rejuvenating, mindful hike.

This event will be guided by Brooke Gilley, a certified forest bathing guide with Nádúr Centre for Integrative Forest Therapy, and a park naturalist.

Remember to dress for the weather – hat, sunscreen, and insect repellent are good to have along! Please note there is no bathroom access on the property.

This event is free for Glacial Lakes Conservancy members and $10 for non-members. Please bring cash to the event. Email  miriam@glaciallakes.org to RSVP.
