Enjoy a beautiful guided Nature Walk in the Wallace E. Zabler Nature Preserve.
The 61-acre preserve was formerly the Zabler family farm, donated to the Conservancy in 2020, establishing the Wallace E. Zabler Preserve. It is a part of a Primary Environmental Corridor and provides habitat for the Blanding’s turtle, as well as numerous other wildlife. Originally a family dairy farm, the owners envisioned a full land restoration for the conservation of native species as their best stewardship of the land for restoring environmental health and maintaining ecosystems for wildlife.
