Join Gathering Waters and North Central Conservancy Trust for an award ceremony and celebration of Dr. Bob Freckmann, in recognition of his lifelong efforts to support the conservation and protection of Wisconsin’s land, water, wildlife, and plants!
- Where? Schmeeckle Reserve, Pankowski Friends Amphitheater, 2419 North Point Dr, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Click here to view in Google Maps.
- When? Wednesday, July 17, 2024 from 4:30-7 PM
- Parking: Please park in the gravel overflow parking lot to the east of the paved lot. The paved lot is reserved for park visitors and accissible parking. The paved lot has four (4) accessible spaces.
- The amphitheater and Schmeeckle Reserve visitor center are wheelchair accessible. Hardpacked crushed granite trails connect the parking lot to the amphitheater. The distance between these locations is about 350 feet.
- Restrooms are available on site.
