Join Rory Klick, KMLT Director, for a virtual gathering via Zoom to discuss design basics of integrating native plants in your home landscape.

Ever wondered how best to incorporate more native plants into your home landscape? Home gardeners often worry about having their landscapes look too “wild,” but many native plants can be great functional choices for a more designed landscape – while also benefiting biodiversity and providing critical wildlife habitat. Learn about methods to integrate native plants into your home landscape and review some of the core native plant species of our local southeast Wisconsin region that translate well to the garden.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom link. Register here.

Rory Klick has worked with native landscapes for over 40 years as a plant ecologist and landscape designer, including 15 years as a horticulture and biology professor. Bring your native landscape and plant questions for discussion!
