Join the Southern Wisconsin Bird Alliance for a sunrise hike at Faville Grove.
Enjoy the pre-dawn light as you meander through the prairie, arriving at the Mackenzie Overlook to see the sunrise over the beautiful Faville Marsh. Spend the early morning exploring the winter marsh and surrounding uplands.
If there is good snow and you have snowshoes, bring them along. Otherwise, sturdy boots for uneven terrain will do. There will be one to three miles of hiking.
