Qigong brings body, breathing, and mind together to perform movements and hold postures that exercise the whole person. Join the Baird Creek Preservation Foundation to practice Qigong. There will be a 1-hour session beginning with easy poses. It is a gentle exercise that hits all the areas of the body. Each pose attends to balance, posture, strength, receptivity and relaxation. There are multiple occurrences of this event on Saturdays May 11th and May 25th.
