Join The Ridges Sanctuary for a special virtual Ridges Reads program with Deb Fitzgerald.

Deb will lead a yoga class that emphasizes mindfulness practices to help participants achieve a deeper connection with nature. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practice.

Deb is a certified yoga instructor who has been practicing for more than 20 years.
