Enjoy a forested and hilly hike with the Ice Age Trail Alliance, following the ups and downs of kettle topography under a waxing gibbous moon. The half-lighted, not-quite-full moon will be visible well before dark, and participants will hike to serene, spring-fed McKenzie Lake, a prime example of glacial activity’s end product. The kettle lake provides a magical backdrop for awe-inspiring views of the moon where chapter volunteer, Joe Synder, will have his telescope set up (weather permitting).

Registration is required for this event. For more information and to register, please visit the Ice Age Trail Alliance’s event page.
