The menu will feature ingredients foraged from the property at Three Waters Reserve and surrounding natural areas. Explore and enjoy new flavors and seasonings, learn about wild foods prep and recipes, and engage in friendly mealtime banter with Chef Marks and foraging workshop instructor, Chris Gavin, of Eagle Outdoor Skills. This event is part of a 3-part series intended to give students of all levels a well-rounded overview of foraging in Southern Wisconsin. From the classroom to the dining table, each course in this series is intended to build on the previous. However, attendees may choose to attend individual sections. No prior experience or knowledge is required to attend any of our foraging classes or chef’s table.
