Great Lakes Field Representative – The Conservation Fund

The Conservation Fund (“TCF” or the “Fund”) seeks a Great Lakes Field Representative to coordinate and maintain a portfolio of conservation real estate projects throughout Illinois and surrounding states. A key responsibility for the Field Representative position is managing the real estate acquisition and disposition work for the Fund’s Chicago Metro Farms Fund. The Farms Fund is an innovative buy-support-protect-sell model that provides entrepreneurial, next generation farmers with a patient path to affordable land ownership, while increasing the supply of local, fresh food. Additional responsibilities include supporting the Fund’s Mitigation Solutions work in sourcing and delivering projects that benefit threatened and endangered species and their habitats.
