Land Preservation Manager – Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation (IL)

Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation (JDCF) is seeking a Land Preservation Manager to oversee their efforts to preserve and protect land in the scenic Driftless Area of northwest Illinois. JDCF is looking for a motivated individual who can lead the organization’s land preservation work with integrity, collaboration, creativity, and insight. The Manager works closely with the Executive Director, legal counsel, funders, other staff, and private landowners to identify, negotiate, and protect high-priority natural and cultural landscapes throughout northwest Illinois. This position also manages JDCF’s portfolio of 37 conservation easements totaling more than 5000 acres.
