Northeast Wisconsin Land Trust Receives USFWS Grant to Protect 22 Acres on Point au Sable

Northeast Wisconsin Land Trust, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, was awarded $90,000 to acquire a 22-acre parcel of land on Point au Sable, the largest coastal wetland along the east shore of Green Bay. This grant comes from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and is one of several projects to receive funding to protect and restore coastal wetlands and build resiliency.
