A land trust is a nonprofit organization that permanently protects land by partnering with landowners, communities, or corporations to protect and manage land. Gathering Waters has more than forty member land trusts. No matter the size or scope of the land trust, each organization has the strong support of their peers and the power of a statewide voice.
