Saunters Program Coordinator – Ice Age Trail Alliance

The Ice Age Trail Alliance seeks a Program Coordinator for their Saunters Program. The Saunters Program Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics for the Alliance’s ‘Think Outside’ educational program, which focuses on engaging fourth-grade students. This includes detailed scheduling, tracking reimbursements, collecting data, giving preprepared glacial geology presentations, and leading hikes! As the Alliance’s main point of contact for the program, this role interacts with educators, Alliance volunteers, as well as with fourth-graders from across the state.

The Ice Age Trail Alliance was founded in 1958 with the mission of caring for the Ice Age National Scenic Trail, 1 of only 11 such trails in the country. As part of its mission, the Alliance works to actively engage new and different users of the Trail.
