The Tower Nibiiwan Conservation Area, a 31-acre property in the Town of Sugar Camp in Oneida County, was gifted by David and Kathy Noel on June 22, 2022 to Northwoods Land Trust.
The property includes about 1,000 feet of natural shoreline around a small bog pond, as well as wetlands and mixed forestland.
“It will always be natural and provide all those benefits of habitat and water quality protection,” said Kari Kirschbaum, Land Protection Director for the Northwoods Land Trust.
